| This is the process of completing a Uniform Residential Loan Application and providing you with documentation including an estimate of settlement expenses. During a face-to-face appointment, (applications can also be done by mail or over the telephone), we will complete the paperwork for you and answer any questions you may have. |
| Prepare for Closing |
| You will need to contact a settlement attorney and a home-owners hazard insurance agent. We will be glad to recommend a settlement attorney or an insurance agent, if you need one. We will then coordinate directly with your agents to have the necessary documentation prepared. |
| Close |
| We provide you with information regarding the amount of funds, if any, you will need to bring by a certified check to settlement. If you have questions during settlement, we will make ourselves available to answer them. |
